摘要
网络在迅速改变大学生学习、生活和行为的同时,也冲击着高校传统的思想政治教育。如何把网络思想政治教育工作做好,已经成为高等院校刻不容缓的问题。将心理契约与网络思想政治教育结合起来,可使教育更人性化和理性化,并为思想政治教育提供新思路和新途径。
The network rapidly changes students＇ study, life and behavior, and meanwhile influences the ideological and political education. How to do a good job in the network ideological and political education has become an urgent problem for colleges and universities. This paper combines psychological contract with network ideological and political education, makes education more humane and rational, and provides new ideas and ways for ideological and political education.
