建筑火灾安全疏散的老年群体样本研究

Research on the Evacuation from Fires in Buildings for Aged People

老年人群体的安全疏散具有一定的特殊性,以此为出发点对老年人建筑进行消防安全设计分析,能有针对性地保障火灾中老年人群体的安全。当前老年人安全疏散数据源存在较多不足,通过建立老年人群体样本,分析老年人在火灾疏散中的特点,测算统计得到老年人安全疏散的基本数据。以南昌市某老年人建筑为例,通过设定火灾场景对该建筑物火灾时老年人的安全疏散进行模拟,总结分析此类建筑消防安全设计的重点问题,并提出相应的改进方案。

The aged people＇ s evacuation from fire has certain particularity. The analysis on fire-fighting design in buildings for aged people can be helpful to guarantee aged people＇ s safety in fires. At present, there are some de- ficiencies in data resource of aged people＇ s evacuation. With establishing aged people＇ s samples, basic data can be obtained by calculation and statistic. This paper takes a certain building for aged people as the example and simulates an evacuation of aged people with this building assumed to be on fire. Then the paper makes an analysis on the key problems existing in the fire-fighting design for such buildings and puts forward some countermeasures.
