Risk analysis of cosmetic injections imported by mail

目的对常见邮寄入境注射美容针剂产品开展风险分析,评估风险等级,为口岸执法提供监管依据。方法统计近年来青岛邮检口岸截获的注射美容针剂信息,进行分类,梳理现行法律法规,明确执法依据。从不同类别注射美容针剂的成分和内含物、流通属性、生产使用等方面开展风险分析,评估风险等级,探讨口岸监管措施。结果常见注射美容针剂中高风险2种,较高风险4种,较低风险3种。结论对不同风险等级美容针剂拟定相应处置措施。

Objective The potential risks of the common cosmetic injections imported by mail were analyzed,and the risk level was classified,aim to guide the quarantine supervision. Methods The date of cosmetic injection confiscated in Qingdao mail-port in recent years was analyzed,the current laws and regulations were summarized to define the legal basis. The materials,components,circulation properties and product directions of some cosmetic injections had been arranged,and the risk levels were concluded for making the supervision measures. Results It was showed that there were 2 kinds of high risk,4 kinds of higher risk,3 kinds of lower risk. Conclusion The appropriate supervision measures had been put forward based on the analysis.
