摘要
目的调查食品中食源性致病菌的污染状况。方法采集包括酸奶、冰激凌、生牛奶、生食水产品、熟肉、生肉(鸡、羊、牛、猪)等6类食品的样本900件,利用国标方法检测样本中副溶血性弧菌、金黄色葡萄球菌、肠出血性大肠杆菌O157:H7、单增李斯特菌以及沙门菌。结果 900件食品样本中共检出183株致病菌,检出率为20.3%(183/900),包括30株沙门菌、92株单增李斯特菌、61株金黄色葡萄球菌。未检出副溶血性弧菌和肠出血性大肠杆菌EHEC O157∶H7。生肉类食品的致病菌检出率最高,其次是生奶。结论包头市食品普遍存在食源性致病菌污染。
Objective To investigate foodborne pathogenic bacteria in food samples. Methods A total of 900 commercial food samples including yogurt,ice cream,raw milk,aquatic products,cooked meat and raw meat (chicken, sheep,cattle,pigs) were collected. Vibrio parahaemalyticus,staphylococcus aureus,Escherichia coli(EHEC) O157 : H7, Lester bacteria and Salmonella were detected by using national standards. Results There were 183 isolates of pathogenic bacteria (30 strains of Salmonella and 92 strains of Listeria monocytogenes ,61 strains of Staphylococcus aureus)were detected positive,the detection rate was 20.3% (183/900). Vibrio parahaemolyticus and EHEC O157: H7 were detected negative. The positive rate of pathogenic bacteria in raw meat food was the highest,followed by raw milk. Conclusion Foodbome pathogens were detected in commercial food at Baotou city.
