摘要 贵阳市作为西部欠开发、欠发达地区,教育整体呈现起点低、基础弱、发展慢的状态。如何以人为本,全面实施素质教育,寻求教育后发赶超的策略和途径?运用辩证唯物主义的基本原理,通过融合与传承先贤智者的学说,经过变革与扬弃,结合"知行合一、协力争先"的城市精神,提出"知行教育"作为深入实施素质教育的模式,并通过"合、活、和"具体实施路径来实现贵阳市教育的跨越式发展。 Locating in western China with a lot of resources not being developed and exploited, Guiyang is facing many problems in education such as low starting point, weak basis and slow development. Therefore, it is necessary to think about how to implement the quality - oriented education and people - oriented education, and seek for the strategy and method of catching - up education. This paper, using the basic principle of dialectical materialism and inheriting the i- deas of sages with relevant adjustment and selection in combination with the Guiyang city spirit "learning by doing, stri- ving for priority" , proposes that "learning and doing" education can be regarded as the educational model to be applied into the quality- oriented education and " integration, motivation, harmony" can be considered as the specific imple- ment approach for realizing the great - leap - forward development of Guiyang in education.
