非埋入式Straumann与埋入式Xive牙种植系统的疗效比较

Comparison of clinical efficacy between non-submerged Straumann and submerged Xive implant systems

目的比较非埋入式Straumann与埋入式Xive牙种植系统的疗效。方法 176例患者分别用Straumann种植系统(90例)或Xive种植系统(86例)行种植单冠修复治疗,比较两组种植成功率、修复成功率及主观感受。结果 Straumann系统的种植成功率、修复成功率分别为96.7%、93.3%,Xive系统的种植成功率及修复成功率分别为97.6%、94.2%,两组差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。Xive系统治疗患者的颜色及美观满意度高于Straumann系统(P<0.05)。结论非埋入式Straumann与埋入式Xive牙种植系统均有满意的种植及单冠修复效果。

Objective To compare the clinical efficacy between non-submerged Straumann and submerged Xive implant systems. Methods A total of 176 patients underwent single-tooth dental implant by Straumann（n=90） or Xive（n=86） implant system. Success rates of implant and repair and patient’s satisfaction were compared between two groups. Results Success rates of implant and repair were 96.7% and 93.3% for Straumann system, and 97.6% and 94.2% for Xive system, respectively; there were no significant differences in success rates between Straumann and Xive systems（P〉0.05）. The color and aesthetic satisfaction were higher in Xive group than in Straumann group（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Both non-submerged Straumann and submerged Xive systems can achieve satisfactory effects of single-tooth implant and restoration.
