血尿酸水平对急性脑梗死患者神经功能恢复的影响

Effect of serum uric acid level on the neurological function recovery in the patients with acute cerebral infarction

目的观察血尿酸水平对急性脑梗死患者神经功能的影响。方法选择急性脑梗死患者102例,根据其血尿酸水平分为高尿酸组(52例)和正常组(50例)。采用神经功能缺损量表(NIHSS)和改良Rankin量表(MRS)评估两组患者的神经功能恢复情况,同时检测入院后2周内患者的血尿酸水平变化。结果高尿酸组治疗2周NIHSS评分、治疗6个月MRS评分和预后不良发生率均明显低于正常组(P<0.05),高尿酸组的好转率明显高于正常组(69.2%vs 50.0%,P<0.05)。治疗第2天,出现好转和无好转患者的血尿酸水平均明显低于治疗前(P<0.05),且好转患者的血尿酸水平低于无好转者(P<0.05)。结论血清高尿酸患者的神经功能恢复和预后相对较好,可适当补充尿酸以提高疗效。

Objective To investigate the effect of serum uric acid level on the neurological function recovery in the patients with acute cerebral infarction. Methods 102 patients with acute cerebral infarction were divided into High Uric Acid Group （52 cases） and Normal Group （50 cases） based on their serum uric acid level. Nerve function defect scale （NIHSS） and modified Rankin scale （MRS） were used to evaluate the neurological function recovery of the patients in the two groups. At the same time, the change in the serum uric acid level of the patients was detected within two weeks after admission. Results A total of 61 patients （59.80%） were improved. The NIHSS score after a treatment of 2 weeks, MRS score after a treatment of 6 months and the incidence of poor prognosis in High Uric Acid Group were all significantly lower than those in Normal Group （P〈0.05）. The improvement rate in High Uric Acid Group was significantly higher than that in Normal Group （69.2% vs 50.0%, P〈0.05）. On the second day of the treatment, the uric acid level of the patients with improvement and those without improvement was significantly lower than that before the treatment （P〈0.05）, and the uric acid level of the patients with improvement was lower than that in the patients without improvement （P〈0.05）. Conclusions The neurological function recovery and prognosis in the patients with high serum uric acid is relatively better, and uric acid may be supplemented as appropriate to improve the curative effect.
