摘要 目的观察微小RNA(microRNA)-193a-3p在前列腺癌患者癌组织及血清中表达。方法采用实时荧光定量PCR检测32例前列腺癌患者血清、癌组织、癌旁组织及20例健康人血清中microRNA-193a-3p表达。结果前列腺癌患者血清中microRNA-193a-3p表达明显低于正常对照[(0.58±0.11)vs(1.06±0.14),P<0.05],且癌组织中microRNA-193a-3p表达明显低于癌旁组织[(0.35±0.07)vs(1.03±0.13),P<0.01]。结论 microRNA-193a-3p可能是前列腺癌的潜在抑制因子。 Objective To investigate the tissue and serum expression of microRNA-193a-3p in patients with prostate cancer (PC). Methods Expression of microRNA-193a-3p in the serum of 32 PC patients and 20 healthy controls and in the cancerous and juxtacancerous tissue was detected by real-time fluorescent quantitative PCR. Results Serum microRNA-193a-3p level was lower in PC cases than in healthy controls [(0.58 ± 0.11) vs (1.06 ± 0.14), P〈0.05]. Meanwhile, microRNA- 193a-3p expression was downregulated in the cancerous tissue compared with juxtacancerous tissue[(0.35±0.07) vs (1.03 ± 0.13), P〈0.01 ]. Conclusion The microRNA-193a-3p may be a potential suppressor for PC.
