摘要
提出了一款工作在Ka波段的6位开关延迟线组件,基于低温共烧陶瓷(LTCC)工艺,采用曲折带状线结构设计,实现了组件的小型化,同时显著减小了延迟线组件的色散。组件尺寸为84mm×47mm×15mm,可产生最大63λ的延迟量。测试结果表明,该6位延迟线组件在34.1~34.3GHz的工作频带内,输入输出驻波小于2,相位线性度小于20°,插入损耗小于36dB,带内损耗波动小于3dB。
A Ka-band 6bit digital switch delay line module was presented.Delay lines were designed in the form of meander stripline and fabricated by low-temperature co-fired ceramic(LTCC)technology to achieve module minimization and dispersion reduction.The dimension of the module is 84mm×47mm×15mm and the maximum delay wavelength is 63λg.Test results show that within the whole operation frequency of 34.1~34.3GHz,VSWRs for input and output ports are less than 2,low phase delay dispersion could achieve less than 20°,insertion loss is less than 36 dB and loss fluctuation is less than 3dB across the pass band.
