In the background of ＂The Belt and Road＂ strategy, Henan agriculture ushered in a historic opportunity to deepen agricul- tural opening,establishing an open type new agricultural development pattern. Taking the connotation of ＂ Belt and Road Initiative＂ strategy and the reality of Henan agriculture as the starting point, this article analyzes the opportunities and challenges of Henan agri- cultural economic development facing the ＂The Belt and Road＂ strategy, hoping to provide a reference for improving the competitive- ness and the service ability of ＂The Belt and Road＂ strategy of the agriculture in Henan.
