目前,打造优质工程越来越成为建筑施工企业提高核心竞争力的重要组成部分。结合工程实际,以市政设计大厦工程全过程施工为背景,对工程创优过程中施工关键技术进行研究,对施工过程中采取的优秀项目总承包管理经验进行总结。以期为今后的工程创优提供借鉴。

At present, the construction of high quality engineering has increasingly become an important part of the construction enterprises to improve the core competitiveness. Combined with the engineering practice, the whole process of construction of the municipal building design project, the key technology research of construction engineering excellence in the process of general contract management experience of excellent project adopted during the construction process were summarized to provide reference for related engineering excellence.
