基础平台公共服务是智能电网调度控制系统的底层基础,是上层各类核心应用模块正常运转的重要前提。从数据和电网模型服务、文件与人机服务、告警/权限/日志服务、消息邮件和工作流服务、并行计算服务等方面,对最新修订的《智能电网调度控制系统第3—4部分:基础平台公共服务》规范中的技术要求进行解读,为省级及以上智能电网调度控制系统的设计、研发、建设和验收提供指导。
The foundational platform common services are the basis of the smart grid dispatching and control system. It is the important premise for the normal running of various upper core functions. The latest SGCC technical specification named ＂Smart grid dispatching and control system—part 3—4： foundational platform common services＂ is explicated from different aspects, including data and power grid model service, file and man-machine service, alarm/authority/log service, message mail and workflow service, parallel computing service, etc. The paper provides guidance for the design, development, construction and acceptance of smart grid dispatching and control system at the provincial level and above.
