The Phylogeny of the Science of Public Administration in 20^(th) Century

在整个 2 0世纪中 ,威尔逊和马克斯·韦伯等人为行政学所做出的奠基性工作得到了发扬光大。但是 ,决不应当把行政学的这一发展理解成范式革命。 2 0世纪行政学的发展是这个学科的自我成长过程 ,作为一门科学 ,它尚未完全走向成熟。所以 ,不存在着所谓范式革命。真正的范式革命 。

The whole 20\+ th century had been keeping on and carrying forward in pursuit of Woodrow Wilsons,Frank J.Goodnows administration thought.But we should not think it as the paradigm revolution in scientific pursuit of public administration,which just strode its first step.There is not any paradigm revolution of public administration from the view of the kind of science phylogeny in 20 th century.But we wish paradigm revolution could take place in the future after the science ripens itself.
