机架弹性对带式输送机输送带动态特性影响分析 被引量:1

摘要 以往带式输送机进行动态分析均视机架为刚体,不考虑机架对带式输送机动态特性的影响,但带式输送机的机架大多都是桁架结构,具有一定的弹性,忽略机架会影响带式输送机动态分析的精度,甚至会使带式输送机动态分析结果应用价值不大。应用三维建模软件Pro/E和动态分析软件ADAMS,建立了带有机架的带式输送机虚拟样机模型,分析了机架的弹性、运行速度和输送带阻尼系数对带式输送机输送带动态特性的影响规律。结果表明:如果建立带式输送机模型时不考虑机架的影响,模拟出来的动张力值会比真实的带有机架的输送带动张力小,这样在带式输送机设计过程中,导致计算结果不可靠且偏于危险;稳定运行速度越大,输送带测试点处的动张力也就越大;适当提高输送带的阻尼系数,能有效增强带式输送机运行的稳定性与安全性。 In the past, the dynamic analysis of the belt conveyor is based on the consideration that the rack is rigid body, regardless of the influence of the rack on the dynamic characteristics of belt conveyor. However, most racks of the belt conveyor are structured as truss type, and it was somewhat elastic. So ignoring the rack affects the precision of the dynamic analysis of the belt conveyor, or even results in less application value about the dynamic analysis results of the belt conveyor. In the paper, 3D modeling software Pro/E and dynamic analysis software ADAMS were applied to build the virtual prototy^pe model of the belt conveyor with rack, and the influence laws of the rack elasticity, operating velocity, damping coefficient of the belt on the dynamic characteristics of the belt were analyzed. The results showed: without consideration of the rack influence while building the model of the belt conveyor, the simulated tension valve was less than that with real rack, which led to unreliable calculation results or even dangerousness during the design of the belt conveyor; the greater the stable operating velocity, the greater the dynamic tension of the belt on testing point; appropriate increase in the damping coefficient of the belt effectively enhanced the operation stability and safety of the belt conveyor.
