摘要
针对某选矿厂立磨机国产化改造,对自控系统设计进行了详细的阐述。分别介绍了立磨机高压驱动系统和低压控制系统的设计及硬件选型、自控系统软件程序设计及上位机组态、台达PLC控制器通信设置方法等。该设备实际运行平稳、顺利,证明整个控制系统设计合理、可靠。
For localization innovation of the vertical mill in a mineral processing plant, the paper narrated the design of its automatic control system in detail. In addition, it introduced the design of the high-pressure drive system and low-pressure control system of the vertical mill and the hardware configuration, software program design of the automatic control system, configuration of the master computer and communication setting method of Delta PLC controller. Stable and smooth operation of the mill indicated the whole control system was designed reasonably and reliably.
