摘要
本文对光纤预制棒(MCVD)的工艺机理进行了理论分析,建立了沉积过程中的微粒沉降模型,该模型的基本原理与实验观察一致。对渐变型折射率分布多模光纤的结构分析表明,MCVD法能精确地控制a参数和数值孔径,为提高沉积速率和生产效率开辟了应用途径。
tIn this paper the processing of MCVD preform was theoreticallyanalysed in detail, and a thermophoresis model was developed that explainswhy soot collects on the tube wall. The foundational principle of that modelis in agreement on what has happened in the experiment. The structureanalysis of graded-index optical fibre shows that the profile parameter aand numerical aperture (NA) can be acourately controlled by means ofMCVD which provides the application to increasing deposition rate andproduction efficiency.
