脉冲法测量光纤带宽的误差分析

摘要 本文分析了在脉冲法测量光纤带宽中,测量系统的动态范围与光纤带宽测量精度的关系。结果表明:在脉冲波形近似于高斯型时,测量系统的动态范围决定了光纤带宽的测量精确度。因此,对带宽估算式B=0.44/τ应引入一修正因子。 The relationship between the dynamic range and the measure-ment accuracy of the optical fiber bandwidth by pulse method is investigatedtheoretically. It is clarified that the dynamic range determines the measure-ment accuracy of the optical fiber bandwidth when the pulse waveformis close to Gaussian function, therefore, the correct factor must be inclu-ded in formula B=0.44/τ.
