振兴发展视野下的环境保护法律规制

Legislation for Environment Protection under the Version of Revitalization and Development

十八大以来,环境保护被摆在越来越重要的位置,如何协调振兴发展与环境保护的关系日益成为社会各界关注的焦点。本文顺应全面推进依法治国的要求,把振兴发展视野下的环境保护法律规制作为研究的切入点,阐明振兴发展中环境法律规制的意义,分析当前环境保护法律规制中存在的问题,并据此提出加强环境保护法律规制的意见与建议。

Environment Protection has been attached to an increasingly great emphasis since the18 th Conference of CPC National Congress.It has become the focus of all walks of life how to co-ordinate revitalization and environment protection.As the starting point for the research,selected,in accordance with law-based governance,is the legislation for environment protection under the version of revitalization and development.Potential significances and currently-existing problems are expounded on this issue,according to which suggestions have been raised on methods for promotion.
