废轮胎橡胶粉陶粒混凝土基本力学性能研究 被引量:1

A Study on Mechanical Properties of Ceramisite Concrete with ELT Derived Rubber Powder

摘要 通过正交试验方法,研究了水泥用量、橡胶集料用量(体积取代率)、陶粒用量对废轮胎橡胶粉陶粒混凝土28d立方体抗压强度、劈裂抗拉强度及表观密度的影响规律。试验结果表明:废橡胶粉的掺量对废轮胎橡胶粉陶粒混凝土抗压强度影响显著,水泥用量和陶粒用量对其影响次之;废轮胎橡胶粉陶粒混凝土抗压强度总体上随废橡胶粉掺量的增加而逐渐减少;水泥用量对废轮胎橡胶粉陶粒混凝土的劈裂抗拉强度影响显著,并且随水泥用量的增加废轮胎橡胶粉陶粒混凝土的劈裂抗拉强度先减小后增大,废橡胶粉掺量和陶粒用量对其影响很小;其表观密度分别随水泥用量和陶粒用量的增加而增加,但总体上随废橡胶粉掺量的增加而减少。 Through the orthogonal experiment method,The effect of the cement content,crumb tire rubber replacementrate and ceramsite content was investigated on the 28 d cube compressive strength,splitting tensile strength and density.Test results show that the crumb tire rubber content has significant effect on the compressive strength,cement content and ceramsite content have a liale effect on the compres-- sive strength;in a word,compressive strength decrease with the increase of crumb tire rubber content;cement content has significant effect on the splitting tensile strength,splitting tensile strength decrease first and then increase with the increase of cement content,crumb tire rubber replacement rate and ceramsite content have a little effect on the splitting tensile strength;density increase with the increase of CC- merit content and ceramsite content respectively, in a word,density decrease with the increase of crumb tire rubber content.
