Prevulcanization technology and application of Co-Mo sulfer-tolerant catalyst outside reactor

本文介绍了一种自主研发的器外预硫化技术及预硫化催化剂的工业应用。使用该技术处理的工业成品耐硫变换催化剂中活性金属组分由氧化态已转变为硫化态,催化剂能够直接升温后导气开车使用,不再需要反应器内还原活化过程。

This paper introduces an independent developed prevulcanization technology outside reactor and the industrial application of this prevuleanization catalyst. The industrial sulfur-tolerant shift catalyst product handled by this technology, in which activated metal components have been altered from oxidized to sulfide status,can be directly used after increasing temperature in start-up, and reduction activity process inside reactor is no longer needed.
