摘要
阐述了在锅炉全部停止运行期间,由空分后备系统(水浴式汽化器)提供氧气、氮气,变换系统副产的各压力等级蒸汽,来维持系统运行。通过蒸汽、冷量的平衡调节产出合格工艺气,满足甲醇的生产需求。
This paper states that during complete shutdown of boiler, oxygen and nitrogen are supplied by an air separation back-up system (water bath vaporizer), different pressure classes of steam are produced by shift system, which maintains operation of the system. Through adjusting the balance of steam and cooling capacity, qualified process gas are produced, which meets the requirement of methanol production.
