摘要
本文基于企业工作的经验以及总结诸多学者的文献,对企业档案发展现状进行介绍,阐述了企业档案信息化建设的必要性,提出对企业档案信息化建设的优化建议,最后对现今企业档案馆中普遍存在的问题进行了分析,为今后学者研究企业档案提供参考依据。
Based on the working experience of enterprises and summary of many scholars, this paper introduces the present development of enterprise archives, expounds the necessity of informationization construction of enterprise archives, puts forward the optimization suggestions of enterprise archives informationization construction, and finally analyzes the common problems in the current cntcrprise archives, so that it provides the reference for the scholars to study the enterprise archivcs in the future.
