摘要
近年来,"设计思维"已从"流程化"的设计操作方法,逐渐转变成以"设计驱动创新"的商业工具。通过探究"设计思维"的生成缘由,我们发现"设计思维"不只是推动创新的途径,更是对团队成员之间在"同理心""学习心态"与"沟通协作"等积极态度的引导与鼓励。将"设计思维"视为一种"学习如何学习"的思维训练,并提出一套"基于学习理论的设计思维"与"社会设计工作坊"的研究框架与设计实验,以证明"学习理论"与"设计思维"之间的正向关系。
In recent years,design thinking has been gradually regarded as a design-driven innovation business tool from a process-oriented design approach. Through exploring the processes cause of design thinking, we find that design thinking is not just a way to promote innovation, but also a working method that encourages team members to play the positive abilities of empathy, learning and collaboration. Therefore, this article views design thinking as an integral thinking training about learning how to learn, and presents a research framework called design thinking based on learning theory and also sets up a design experiment called social design workshop, to prove the positive relationship between learning theory and design thinking once again.
