摘要 学业自我是自我人格系统的重要组成部分,是促进学生有效学习和健康发展的重要因素。虽然学业自我是在学生个人的学习行为和心理历程中形成的,但是学生作为未完成的人,还需要教师在教学中正确引导,以使学生的学业自我能够朝积极的方向发展。教师作为学生学习的主要合作人,可以从导定向、导激励、导运作、导反馈几个方面对学生的学业自我发展提供支持。 Academic serf is an important part of the system of self - personality, which is an important factor to promote students" effective learning and healthy development. Although the academic serf is formed in the process of students' learning behavior and psychology, the students, who are not completed, need teachers to guide them correctly in teaching in order to make the students' academic self - develop in a positive direction. As the main cooperative partner of the students, the teacher can provide support for the students' academic self-development from the aspects of guiding orientation, guiding motivation, guiding operation and conducting feedback.
