摘要
关怀建立在关心的关系上,产生于教师的关注与接纳,完成于学生的回应。关怀是学生感受生命教育的途径,是教师所必备的核心品质。文章从诺丁斯的关怀理论出发,结合我国的教育实际,从认识关怀、解读关怀、走近关怀三个方面,来论述教师与学生间的关系性关怀,直面现实教育中的关怀异化,解读教育关怀中的师生交往,全面构建关怀型师生关系,从而实现学生"学会关怀"的终极目标。
Caring is based on the relationship of caring, resulting from the concern and acceptance of teachers, and finished in the students'response. Caring is the way for students to experience life education and the core quality of teachers. This paper, combined with the actual education in China, starts from Nodding's ca- ring theory, studies the relational care between teachers and students from understanding caring, reading ca- ring and walking into caring. This paper also faces alienation of care in the reality of education, understands the relationship between teachers and students in the caring education, and construct a caring relationship between teachers and students in order to achieve the ultimate goal of "learning to care".
