Research on Quality Standard Improvement for Yishi Oral Liquid

目的建立益视口服液的薄层色谱鉴别方法,为提高制剂的质量标准提供依据。方法采用薄层色谱法,对处方中制何首乌、党参、当归、山药等12味进行鉴别。结果薄层色谱法可在样品中相应位置检出对应斑点。结论所建立的方法简便、灵敏、专属性强,可用于益视口服液的质量控制。

Objective： To build TLC （thin layer chromatography） method for identifying the quality of Yishi Oral Liquid, which is the basis for improving standard preparation. Method： The TLC method was used to identify the 12 drugs in the prescription （including Heshouwu, Dangshen, Danggui, Shanyao, and so on）. Result： The spot could be detected at the corresponding location in the sample by TLC method. Conclusion： The setup method is simple, sensitive and strong specific in controlling the quality of Yishi Oral Liquid.
