丁苯酞注射液合半夏白术天麻汤治疗急性脑梗死疗效观察

The Clinical Observation of Butylphthalide and Sodium Chloride Injection Combined Banxia Baizhu Tianma Decoction on Treatment of Acute Cerebral Infarction

目的:观察丁苯酞注射液联合半夏白术天麻汤治疗急性脑梗死的临床疗效。方法:选取急性脑梗死风痰阻络型患者60例,随机分为对照组和观察组各30例。对照组给予丁苯酞注射液静滴,观察组在对照组基础上联合中药汤剂半夏白术天麻汤治疗,比较两组神经功能缺损评分和临床疗效。结果:治疗14d后,观察组神经功能缺损评分较对照组改善明显(P<0.05)观察组总有效率90%,优于对照组80%(P<0.05);结论:丁苯酞注射液联合半夏白术天麻汤治疗急性脑梗死(风痰阻络型)疗效较好,可有效改善患者神经功能缺损评分值得推广应用。

Objective To discuss the clinical observation of Butylphthalide and Sodium Chloride Injection combined Banxia Baizhu Tianma Decoction on treatment of acute cerebral infarction.Methods The patients selected randomly from our hospital with the wind phlegm obstruction collaterals syndrome of acute cerebral infarction are divided into two groups at random, 30 cases in each group.Give the control group Butylphthalide and Sodium Chloride Injection intravenous drip and the observation group in combination with Banxia Baizhu Tianma Decoction on the basis of the control group, then to compare the nerve function defect score and clinical curative effect of two groups.Results 14 days after treatment, the nerve function defect score of observation group improves significantly than the control group （P〈0.05）.Conclusion Butylphthalide and Sodium Chloride Injection in combination with Banxia Baizhu Tianma Decoction＇s treatment of acute cerebral infarction with the wind phlegm obstruction collaterals syndrome have remarkable curative effect, can effectively improve the nerve function defect score.
