益肾化瘀利水汤合热敏灸治疗原发性肾病综合征30例

Therapeutic Effect of Tonifying Kidney and Removing Blood Stasis and Alleviating Water Retention Decoction Combined Moxibustion at Heat-sensitive Points for Primary Nephrotic Syndrome:30 Cases

目的:观察益肾化瘀利水汤联合热敏灸治疗原发性肾病综合征的临床疗效。方法:将60例原发性肾病综合征患者随机均分为两组,两组均接受一般治疗。对照组30例加用百令胶囊治疗,治疗组30例加用益肾化瘀利水汤联合热敏灸治疗。治疗12周后观察两组24h尿蛋白、血浆白蛋白、总胆固醇、甘油三酯、血肌酐等数值变化情况及副反应发生率。结果:治疗组总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05);两组治疗后24h尿蛋白定量、血浆白蛋白、总胆固醇、甘油三酯均下降,但治疗组明显低于对照组(P<0.05);治疗组不良反应发生率低于对照组,两组不良反应发生率差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:益肾化瘀利水汤联合热敏灸治疗原发性肾病综合征,临床疗效较好,且不良反应较少,值得临床推广。

Objective To observe the clinical effect of tonifying kidney and removing blood stasis and alleviating water retention decoction combined moxibustion at heat-sensitive points in primary nephrotic syndrome.Methods Methods 60 patients with primary nephrotic syndrome were randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group.The patients in the two groups received general treatment.The control group of 30 cases with Bailing Capsule treatment, 30 cases in the treatment group added the tonifying kidney and removing blood stasis and alleviating water retention decoction combined moxibustion at heat-sensitive points therapy.After 12 weeks of treatment, the changes of 24h urinary protein, plasma albumin, total cholesterol, triglyceride, serum creatinine and the incidence of side effects were observed in the two groups.Results The total effective rate of treatment group was higher than that of control group （P〈0.05）;the two group after treatment, 24h urinary protein, serum albumin, total cholesterol and triglyceride were decreased, but the treatment group was significantly lower than the control group （P〈0.05）;and the incidence of adverse reaction in treatment group than in the control group, adverse reaction rate between the two groups with statistical significance （P〈0.05）.Conclusion The tonifying kidney and removing blood stasis and alleviating water retention decoction combined moxibustion at heat-sensitive points in the treatment of primary nephrotic syndrome, clinical curative effect is better, and less adverse reactions, worthy of clinical promotion.
