摘要 利用改良的Trown合成法,以甘氨酸酐为原料,经氮烷基化、溴化、取代、脱乙酰基及氧化反应合成了4个桥二硫哌嗪二酮环类小分子化合物,其结构经~1H NMR和MS(EI)确证。 Four simple epidithiapiperazinediones (ETPs) were synthesized using glycine anhydride as starting material, by alkylation, bromination with N-bromosuecinimide, substitution, hydrolysis and oxidation with 12, via improved Trown' s synthetic method. The structures were confirmed by 1H NMR and MS (EI).
