摘要
我国小米糠资源丰富,营养价值高,具有广阔的开发前景。文章综述了国内外对小米糠应用现状、小米糠油的营养成分及保健功效的研究,以期为小米糠资源的开发利用提供参考。
There are abundant millet bran resources in China, and it is rich in nutritional val- ue, so it has high development value. In this paper, the domestic and overseas application status of millet bran, nutrients and healthy function of millet bran oil were introduced in detail, provi- ding references for the development and utilization of millet bran resources.
