简述了茶饼提取茶油、脱脂茶粕提取茶皂素的工艺流程,并以15 t/d脱脂茶粕加工规模为例,介绍了脱脂茶粕提取茶皂素的生产过程、工艺技术参数、采用的设备、达到的工艺效果。

The technological process of tea oil extracted from tea cake and tea saponin extracted from defatted tea meal were briefly described. Taking processing scale of 15 t/d defatted tea meal as an example, the production process, process parameters, equipment and process effect were introduced.
