基于层次分析法的配电网项目紧迫性评价方法研究

Research on the Evaluation Method of 110kV Distribution Network Project based on Analytic Hierarchy Process

根据配电网的特点,本文提出110k V配电网项目紧迫性综合评价方法。该方法基于层次分析法原理,建立了110k V电网项目紧迫性评价指标体系,基于模糊隶属度法,确定了评价标准的计算方法,实现了定量分析电网项目排序的综合评价方法。该方法考虑了评价指标重要程度对总评值的贡献度,能够更精准的给出评价样本的综合得分水平。通过对某110k V项目开展评价分析,验证了该方法的有效性和实用性。

According to the characteristics of distribution network, a comprehensive evaluation method of 1 10kV distribution network project is put forward. Based on hierarchical analysis method, the 1 lOkV distribution network project evaluation index system is established. Based on fuzzy membership degree method, the calculation method of evaluation criteria and the quantitative analysis methods for comprehensive evaluation of distribution network project scheduling are determined. Considering the contribution of evaluation index importance degree to overall evaluation, it is possible to give a more accurate evaluation score level for evaluation samples. The effectiveness and practicability of the method are verified by the evaluation and analysis of an 1 10kV distribution network project.
