摘要 随着电力电子技术的发展,功率变换器得到越来越广泛的运用,磁性元件是电力电子装置中必不可少的器件,同时也是主要的近磁场泄漏源。磁性元件近磁场泄漏可能对电路性能造成严重的影响,本文以最常使用的环形电感为分析对象,通过有限元仿真软件Ansoft Maxwell分析环形电感近磁场泄漏的磁场分布形式。同时分析环电感绕组疏密程度、磁心表面曲率、磁心材料磁导率以及端部引线方式等因素对近磁场泄漏的影响。可以根据研究结果指导环形磁性元件设计、布局,并为减少环形电感近磁场泄漏提供一些思路。 With the development of power electronic technology, power converters get more and more widely used, magnetic components are essential devices in power electronic devices, but also the main source of near magnetic field leakage. The near magnetic field leakage of the magnetic components caused serious impact on the performance of the circuit, In this paper, the most commonly used toroidal inductor' near magnetic field leakage is analyzed by Ansoft Maxwell software. The effect of winding density, surface curvature of the magnetic core, core materials of permeability and end leads on near magnetic field leakage are analyzed. The results of the research, which can guide the design and layout of toroidal inductor, and provide some ideas for reducing the leakage of near magnetic field.
