摘要
借助高分子加工中动态硫化原理,制备了胶粉基共混型热塑性弹性体(RTPE),并进一步制备了RTPE改性沥青及改性沥青混合料,对沥青和混合料进行了评价。结果表明,RTPE与沥青有更好的相容性和可加工性能,在160℃可以快速均匀分散稳定于沥青中。RTPT改性沥青具有更好的抗老化性能,其混合料的高低温性能和耐水性能与SBS改性沥青相当。RTPE改性沥青克服了橡胶沥青湿法工艺中耗能高、烟气污染,以及储存不稳定等问题,具有良好的应用前景。
As a kind of thermoplastic elastomer, RTPE based on crumb rubber was prepared and used as asphalt modifier. The performance of modified asphalt and its hot mixed mixture were evaluated. The results indicated that the compatibility between RTPE and asphalt is good, and RTPE dispersed quickly and evenly in the asphalt at 160 ℃. The mixture has a better anti - aging performance than that of SBS modifier asphalt, while the. high temperature performance and water resistance performance of them are similar. RTPE modified asphalt overcome the defects of rubber asphalt such as pollution, high energy consumption and storage instability.
