Entering into 21 Century,international terrorism crime shows a tendency of enlarging scale and great danger,so it has also become one of vital parts of safeguarding national security with effectively guarding against and striking terrorisim crime,safeguarding national security and social steadiness,protecting citizens'legal rights and property.Based on the state's situation,we shall take many effective measures such as strengthening internatioual coorperation,making and perfecting related law,correctly handling with problems of nationalities and religions.
