头孢他啶钠联合阿奇霉素治疗小儿肺炎支原体肺炎的临床效果及安全性分析

Analysis on clinical efficacy and safety of ceftazidime sodium combined with azithromycin in treatment of children with Mycoplasma pneumoniae pneumonia

目的分析头孢他啶钠联合阿奇霉素治疗小儿肺炎支原体肺炎的临床效果及安全性。方法将收治的小儿肺炎支原体肺炎患儿134例作为研究对象,随机分为对照组67例,仅采取常规阿奇霉素治疗;观察组67例,采取头孢他啶钠联合阿奇霉素治疗。观察患儿症状改善时间,记录炎性指标血清C反应蛋白(CRP)变化,评估用药疗效及不良反应。结果观察组患儿在发热消退时间、肺部湿啰消退时间、咳嗽喘息消失时间及住院时间均明显少于对照组患儿,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患儿CRP水平降低幅度显著高于对照组患儿,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患儿治疗总有效率97.01%显著高于对照组患儿治疗总有效率80.60%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);全部患儿在用药期间均未出现严重不良反应症状,观察组患儿不良反应发生率明显低于对照组患儿,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论头孢他啶钠联合阿奇霉素治疗小儿肺炎支原体肺炎疗效确切,能够短期缓解炎性反应,抑制病情恶化,改善症状,减少患儿用药不良反应发生,具有极高的治疗安全性。

Objective To analyze the clinical efficacy and safety of ceftazidime sodium combined with azithromycin in treatment of children with Mycoplasma pneumoniae pneumonia（ MPP）. Methods A total of 134 children with MPP were selected as research object,then they were randomly divided into two groups,67 children in each group,the children in control group were treated by azithromycin,while the children in observation group were treated by ceftazidime sodium combined with azithromycin. The improvement time of symptoms was observed; the changes of serum C-reactive protein（ CRP） were recorded; the curative effect and adverse reactions were evaluated.Results The disappearance time of fever,pulmonary moist rales,cough and wheezing,and hospitalization time in observation group were statistically significantly less than those in control group（ P〈0. 05）. The decreasing amplitude of CRP in observation group was statistically significantly higher than that in control group（ P〈0. 05）. The total effective rate in observation group was 97. 01%,which was statistically significantly higher than that in control group（ 80. 60%）（ P〈0. 05）. No severe adverse reactions occurred in the two groups. The incidence rate of adverse reactions in observation group was statistically significantly lower than that in control group（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusion The effect of ceftazidime sodium combined with azithromycin in treatment of children with MPP is good,the method can alleviate the shortterm inflammatory reaction,inhibit aggravation of the disease,improve the symptoms,and reduce adverse reactions,and the security of treatment is high.
