拟实施体外受精-胚胎移植高龄二胎夫妇心理状况分析

Analysis on psychological status of advanced age couples planning for the second child via in vitro fertilization-embryo transfer

目的分析高龄二胎夫妇接受体外受精-胚胎移植(IVF-ET)治疗前的心理状况。方法选取山东省某生殖医学中心2016年1-5月接受体外受精-胚胎移植治疗的高龄二胎夫妇男女各180例,采用自行设计一般情况调查表、焦虑自评量表(SAS)、抑郁自评量表(SDS)对高龄二胎夫妇的心理状况进行评估分析。结果接受体外受精-胚胎移植高龄二胎女性进入治疗周期前焦虑标准评分为(46±8.42)分,90例(50.0%)处于中、轻度焦虑状态;男性焦虑标准评分为(40.67±7.63)分,54例(30.0%)处于中、轻度焦虑状态,男女差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。女性进入治疗周期前抑郁指数为(0.52±0.06),102例(56.7%)处于中、轻度抑郁状态;男性抑郁指数为(0.49±0.06),84例(46.4%)处于中、轻度抑郁状态,男女差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论接受IVF-ET治疗的高龄二胎夫妇心理状态差,女性则更为显著,医护人员在治疗过程中应针对性施加心理干预措施。

Objective To analyze the psychological status of advanced age couples planning for the second child via in vitro fertilization-embryo transfer（ IVF-ET）. Methods A total of 180 advanced age couples planning for the second child via IVF-ET in a Center of Reproductive Medicine from January to May in 2016 were selected. A self-designed general situation questionnaire,self-rating anxiety scale（ SAS）,and self-rating depression scale（ SDS） were used to evaluate and analyze the psychological status of these couples.Results SAS score of the women before treatment was（ 46 ± 8. 42） points,90 women（ 50. 0%） with mild and moderate anxiety were found; SAS score of the men before treatment was（ 40. 67±7. 63） points,54 men（ 30. 0%） with mild and moderate anxiety were found;there was statistically significant difference between women and men（ P〈0. 05）. SDS score of the women before treatment was（ 0. 52 ±0. 06） points,102 women（ 56. 7%） with mild and moderate depression were found; SDS score of the men before treatment was（ 0. 49 ±0. 06） points,84 men（ 46. 4%） with mild and moderate depression were found; there was statistically significant difference between women and men（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusion The psychological status of advanced age couples planning for the second child via IVF-ET is poor,especially the women. Therefore,the medical staff should conduct psychological interventions in the course of treatment.
