摘要
目的探讨农村家长对儿童零食消费的认知、态度与行为现状,分析其对儿童零食偏好的影响。方法 2015年6月抽取江西省石城县农村地区212名家长,应用《营养与食品安全调查(家长卷)》对其进行问卷调查,采用SPSS 18.0统计软件进行统计学分析。结果农村家长对"中国居民膳食宝塔"《中国青少年儿童零食消费指南》"食品营养标签"的知晓率分别为3.30%、7.08%和21.70%;家长给孩子购买零食主要为奖励儿童;购买零食时主要查看保质期,占78.30%,查看营养标签和配料表分别占24.06%、15.57%。Logistic回归分析显示,家庭收入、外出务工、对食品添加剂的认知、对孩子的教育、给孩子零花钱的频率影响儿童的零食偏好。结论农村家长关于儿童零食消费的认知、态度与行为不足,缺乏指导儿童零食消费的能力,应为家长及儿童开展营养与食品安全教育。
Objective To explore the status of children's snacks consumption-related knowledge,attitude and behavior among their parents in rural area,and analyze the effect on children's snack preference. Methods A total of 212 parents were selected from rural area in Shicheng county of Jiangxi province in June 2015,Nutrition and Food Safety Questionnaire for parents was used to survey them,then the data was analyzed statistically on SPSS 18. 0 software. Results The awareness rates of Dietary Guideline and Balance Diet Pagoda for Chinese Residents,Snacks Consumption Guide for Chinese Youth and Children,and food nutrition label among rural parents were 3. 30%,7. 08%,and 21. 70%,respectively. The purpose of parents buying snacks for children was to encourage them; 78. 30% of the parents checked the expiration date of snacks; 24. 06% and 15. 57% of the parents checked nutrition label and burden sheet,respectively. Logistic regression analysis showed that family income,migrant workers,awareness of food additives,targeted education on children,the frequencies of giving pocket money to children were influencing factors of children's snacks preference. Conclusion Children's snacks consumption-related knowledge,attitude and behavior among their parents are insufficient,the parents lack the ability of instructing children to consume snack correctly,nutrition and food safety education should be strengthened for parents and children.
