摘要
ADR指美国近 3 0年来逐渐发展起来的诉讼之外解决纠纷的各种途径的总称。ADR在英美等国家已得到极大的发展和广泛的运用。在我国大力加强法制建设的今天 ,随着市场经济的发展 ,人们法制意识的增强 ,日常生活中争议的增多 ,ADR无疑是减轻法院工作量的有效途。我国律师在ADR中将为社会主义法律体制的建立和完善提供直接的法律服务 ,及时解决民事、经济纠纷 。
ADR is a gengral name of various ways which solves legal issues besides legal procedure in America over 30 years.ADR has been widely applied and improved in UK and USA.In today's China with improving legal system construction and improving legal idea in people's mind,increasing quarrel and conflict in daily life possibly put ADR into practice as an effective way to reduce the people's Courts work.Lawers of China will provide ADR directhy as a service for the establishment and perfectibility of socialism legal system to solve civil,economic issues and keep the steadiness of social public order.
