摘要
粉末静电喷涂技术因具有用粉量少、效率高、环保、可回收利用等优点,被广泛应用于玻璃泡的涂覆。静电喷涂主要作用是使LED产品的光线更柔和、更均匀地向空间发散,而不会产生刺眼的状况,可以有效保护眼睛,也使LED产品更符合其使用功能。本文重点阐述了静电喷涂工艺参数控制、喷涂材料的选择等对涂层质量和均匀度的影响。借助扫描电子显微镜(SEM)、透射电子显微镜(TEM)、反射率测定仪、空间光谱辐射计(Gonio)等对涂层质量和性能进行分析,为寻找合适的材料和喷涂工艺参数提供有益的参考。研究结果表明,采用颗粒度大小为20 nm左右的二氧化硅(SiO_2),可制备出透光率>97%,扩散效果佳且光线柔和的玻璃扩散罩。
Electrostatic powder coating is widely used in glass bulb coating with advantages of less powder consumption, high efficiency, environment friendly, recycling etc. Main functions of using electrostatic coating are to make LED light gentler and emit into space more homogeneously without causing glare, to effectively protect eyes, and to make LED products fulfilling their using function. The thesis highlights electrostatic coating parameter control, material selection etc which impact coating quality and homogeneity. Through analyzing coating quality and performance by using SEM (Scanning Electron Microscope), TEM (Transmission Electron Microscope), reflectance meter, Gonio spectroradiometer etc, selection of appropriate materials and the coating technique parameters will be provided with useful references. After research, it shows that diffuser glass cover with transmittance greater than 97%, good diffusion and gentle light will be accomplished by using SiOz of particle size at 20 nm.
