摘要
目的了解永康市农村居民人体重点寄生虫病现状,为防治工作提供科学依据。方法采用分层抽样方法进行抽样土源性线虫、带绦虫、吸虫检查采用改良加藤厚涂片法,儿童蛲虫检查采用透明胶纸肛拭法,肠道原虫检查采用碘液涂片法和生理盐水涂片法。结果人群总感染率为11.54%,男性感染率为11.14%,女性感染率为11.93%,差异无统计学意义(χ~2=0.117,Ρ>0.05);从职业分布看,农民感染率最高(16.50%);从文化程度看,文盲人群感染率最高(25.18%);从年龄分布看,60岁以上人群感染率最高(24.7%)。结论永康市农村居民人体重点寄生虫病以土源性线虫感染为主,其中钩虫感染占绝对比重,农民、高中以下文化、60岁以上人群是今后防治的重点人群,钩虫是今后防治的重点虫种。
Objective To investigate the status of key human parasitic diseases in rural residents of Yongkang,so as to provide scientific evidence for prevention and treatment. Methods Stratified sampling method was used for sampling. Soil-borne nematode,taenia saginata and tetranychus examinations were performed by the improved Kato thick smear method. Pinworm in children was examined by transparent adhesive tape anal swab method,and intestinal protozoa examination was carried out by iodine smear method and normal saline smear method. Results The total infection rate of population was 11. 54%,the infection rate of male was 11. 14% and that in female was 11. 93%,and the difference was not statistically significant( χ^2= 0. 117,Ρ 0. 05). According to the occupational distribution,the infection rate of farmers was the highest( 16. 50%); according to the cultural level,the highest infection rate focus on illiteracy( 25. 18%). And according to age,the highest infection rate was among the people over 60 years old( 24. 7%). Conclusion The main parasitic diseases of human in rural areas of Yongkang are mainly caused by soil-borne nematode infection,in which the proportion of hookworm infection is the dominant. The population of peasants,below high school and over 60 years old is the key population for future prevention and control. And hookworm is the key spiece for further prevention and control.
