摘要
为改善加热炉炉温控制自动化程度低、控制品质差的问题,并兼顾加热炉对象强非线性的特点,设计了一种多层次多模型广义预测控制器。给出了该控制器的设计方法和参数。仿真结果和投运效果表明:该方案实施后,系统的响应速度加快,超调量减少,加热炉炉温的控制品质明显改善。
Considering low automation level and poor control quality of reheating furnace' s temperature con- trol and reheating furnace' s strong-nonlinearity, a multi-level and multi-model generalized predictive controller was designed and its design procedures and parameters were presented. Simulation and application results indi- cate that, the implementation of this method can promote the system' s response speed and reduce the over- shoot along with obviously-improved control quality of the reheating furnace.
