摘要
橡胶厂丁苯装置约克冰机原在自带的QUANTUM 4控制板上进行控制,通过对原控制程序进行分析,针对其缺陷,改为在DeltaV DCS系统中实现机组的运行控制。改造后减少了故障频次,降低了维护成本,故障查找更为直接高效。
The YORK refrigeration compressor in a SBR plant is originally controlled by a built-in QUAN- TUM4 control panel. Through analyzing its original control program and shortcomings, having DehaV DCS sys- tem based to control it was implemented. The results show that, after renovation, the refrigeration compressor' s fault frequency can be reduced along with a decreased maintenance cost and an efficient trouble shooting.
