摘要
本文根据2200T型手动平板闸阀阀盖的作用、特性及满足实际使用过程应达到的要求,对于平板闸阀阀盖进行可行的加工工艺研究,制定出合理的加工方案,并在数控设备上完成加工。实践表明,设计的加工方案合理可行,能达到降低劳动强度,提高生产效率及精度要求的效果。
According to the 2200 T manual flat gate valve cover,characteristics and meet the actual use process should meet the requirements for flat gate valve cover of feasible processing technology,develop a reasonable processing plan,and finish machining on CNC equipment.Practice show that the processing scheme is reasonable and feasible,can to reduce labor intensity,improve the effect of production efficiency and precision.
