摘要
对近十年来我国幼儿园教师培训需求研究成果进行梳理和分析,结果发现:我国幼儿园教师在培训动机需求、培训内容需求、培训模式需求、不同类型幼儿园教师培训需求差异性等方面取得了一定成果,但是存在以下问题:真正幼儿园教师培训需求体系尚未建立;相关保障机制尚未形成等问题,为此,需要努力构建"高校-培训机构-幼儿园"三位一体研究模式,在实践中形成真正满足幼儿园教师培训需求的机制。
The paper combs and analyzes a decades' research on kindergarten teacher training needs and finds that achievements have been made as follows: teacher training motivation, training content requirements, training mode, differences in teachers from varied kindergartens and that problems still exiting in real kindergarten teacher training needs system has not yet been established and relevant guarantee mechanism not yet formed. Therefore, a university-training institution -kindergarten trinity of research model needs building, the mechanism which is to meet demands in kindergarten teacher training waits for being formed in practice.
