社区教育促进农民城镇化的途径探析

"人的城镇化"是中国城镇化进程中最核心的艰难课题,也是社区教育的重要内容,社区教育工作者义不容辞的责任。市民化不但要解决居有其所的硬件要求、居有其业的生机要求、居有其保的保障要求,还要解决使其真正融入城镇生活,将其塑造成符合城市居民素质内涵要求和价值取向的市民,使包含生活习惯在内的行为素质、心理素质、精神素质等与城镇精神文明相符。文章分析了农民城镇化与社区教育的相互关联性,探讨了促进农民的城镇化的策略、途径,有效帮助他们适应城镇化的思想道德素养、心理素养、法律规则意识、环境保护意识、人际关系和科学文化素质,促使他们不仅实现名义身份转变,更要实现真实角色的"蜕变",成为与现代城市工作、学习、生活接轨的市民。

Urbanization of human being is the most difficult task in the process of urbanization in China. It is an essential part of community education as well as an indispensable duty for community educators. Therefore, not only is it necessary to solve the citizens of the hardware requirements, the requirements of the vitality of the industry, the protection of the security requirement, but also to solve the real integration into urban life, which is aimed at causing people to meet the quality requirements and value orientation of urban residents, making the quality of life, like the habits of life, psychological quality, spiritual quality in consistence with the spiritual civilization. This paper analyzes the relationship between urbanization and community education by probing into the strategies and ways to promote the urbanization of farmers, which effectively helps them adapt to the ideological and moral qualities of urbanization, psychological quality, legal awareness, awareness of environmental protection, interpersonal relationships and scientific and cultural qualities.
