摘要 为企业量身定制的送教入企服务是结合宁波市当前发展需求以及企业、管理者、基层员工的岗位、职业发展等实际出发,以提高企业职工培训的实效。送教,需要建立培训的组织机制和保障机制,破解成校资金少、场地小、师资弱等难题,利用"课堂+微信"进行教学。入企,需要与企业订立服务协议,建立培训的激励机制和长效机制,帮助企业解决招工难、留人难、管理难,实现全程培训、全员培训和个性化培训。 Specific training service for a particular enterprise is nowadays' Ningbo action according to real situations of current development needs of enterprises, administrators, grass-roots staff to improve training efficiency. Going-to-enterprise training needs building organization and guarantee mechanism, solvingfundproblems, spacelack, trainerinefficient, makingful luseofclassroom+ Wechat. Going-to - enterprise requires service agreement s i^ ed by the school and enterprise, establishing training incentive and long-term mechanism, assisting the enterprise's labor sources work, realizing the mode of wholecourse training, all staff involved and individual demands met.
