摘要
本文研究了用熔盐电镀的方法在钢铁表面电镀Al-Mo合金,将MoCl_5作为添加剂,加入一定配比的AlCl_3-KCl-NaCl熔盐体系。通过电化学测试与相应的电镀实验,得到了电镀试样。经XRD与SEM分析发现,在实验条件下只有金属Al的沉积,而未有金属Mo的沉积。因此,在阴极上发生的是Mo^(5+)向低价离子的转化反应。
In this paper, the electroplating of Al-Mo alloy on steel was studied in AlCl3-KCl-NaCl molten salt, with MoC15 as additive. The electrochemical tests was taken and samples were obtained by electroplating in different methods. The XRD and SEM analysis showed the deposition of Al, Mo was not observed on the cathode, so Mo5+ converted to low-cost ion in the experimental condition.
