摘要 为了保证提升机安全检测仪器能够准确、多线程测量相关安全参数,确保下井人员的人身安全和煤矿的生产能力,利用虚拟仪器平台LabVIEW软件研发的提升机检测系统,采用多路并行数据采集的设计方法,实现对提升机(绞车)运行速度、电机电流、制动油压等安全参数进行的连续采集,以等时间对应的形势分别形成曲线显示,并且可以保存为计算机文件,实现离开检测现场后进行离线分析。该系统配备笔记本电脑,开发的专用系统测试分析软件及传感器附件能够做到一机多能、一机多用,且大幅提高了检测效率和精度,取得了良好的社会效益和经济效益。 In order to ensure that the safety testing equipment of the hoist can accurately and multi-thread measure the relevant safety parameters, ensure the personal safety of the downhole personnel and the production capacity of the coal mine, and use the virtual instrument platform LabVIEW software developed elevator detection system, using multi-channel parallel data acquisition The design method, to achieve the hoist(winch) running speed, motor current, brake oil pressure and other safety parameters of the continuous acquisition to the corresponding time corresponding to the formation of the curve display, and can be saved as a computer file to achieve the detection Off-line analysis after the site.
