某军用扩展方舱传动机构有限元分析

摘要 某军用扩展方舱扩展机构采用了齿轮齿条传动方式。为了研究扩展机构在承载模式下的力学特性,建立有限元模型,并对特定工况下的扩展机构进行静力学模拟计算,得出其应力和变形分布。结果表明,该传动机构最大应力值小于许用应力,且最大变形完全符合要求。 A military extended shelter expansion mechanism uses a gear rack drive mode. In order to study the mechanical properties of the extension mechanism in the bearing mode, the finite element model is established, and the finite element model is simulated and simulated. The stress and deformation distribution are obtained. The results show that the maximum stress value of the transmission mechanism is less than the allowable stress, and the maximum deformation is in full compliance with the requirements.
